- UK used products (pre-owned devices imported from the UK)

We also offer device swap/trade-in services, allowing customers to exchange their current devices for new or refurbished products.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service and make purchases.

- UK used products are pre-owned devices imported from the United Kingdom.
- These products may show signs of wear and use consistent with their age and previous ownership.
- Product condition, battery health, and other specifications are provided in the product description.
- UK used products are sold "as is" and may not include original packaging or accessories unless specified.
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Process
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices stated.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order.

- We accept payments through Paystack and other authorized payment processors.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
- By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified.
5.3 Payment Processing
- Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information.
- If payment cannot be processed, your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you.
- In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order until the dispute is resolved.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship products within Nigeria. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
- Some products may require signature upon delivery. You are responsible for being available to receive your order.
- If you fail to receive your order or refuse delivery, you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are returned in a condition that does not meet our return policy requirements.
7.4 Exchanges
- Exchanges may be available for defective products or products shipped incorrectly.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
8. Device Swap/Trade-In Program
- Our device swap/trade-in program allows you to exchange your current device for credit toward a new or refurbished product.
- Device valuations are estimates and subject to inspection upon receipt of your device.
- Final trade-in value may differ from the initial estimate based on the actual condition of your device.
- You must accurately describe your device's condition. Misrepresentation may result in a reduced trade-in value or rejection of the device.
- We reserve the right to reject devices that do not match the description provided or are not in acceptable condition.
- Trade-in credit will be applied to your order after we receive and inspect your device. If the trade-in value exceeds your order total, the excess may be refunded or stored as store credit.
- You are responsible for shipping your device to us. We recommend using insured shipping.
9. Warranties and Product Guarantees
- New products may come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
- Refurbished and UK used products may have limited warranties as specified in the product description.
- We do not provide warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer, except as required by law.
- Warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer or through our customer service, as applicable.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty issues or defects that arise after the warranty period.
